Tournesol Tanning Studios were established in 2004. The first location was constructed in Wyndhurst up from the Jamerson YMCA. Two years later the second location on Wards Road was opened. That same year a third location was opened in Roanoke next to the Botetourt Athletic Club.
All three locations feature high-end tanning equipment which include a Stand-up Booth, High-Pressure Bed and state of the art base and mid-level beds.
